Digiturk Won The Exclusive Rights Of Turkey's Top Football League!

So, The war for the TV rights are over in Turkey...

The company who had the rights for last nine years won the the main A package again in the bitting war.

It was not easy though.....
and they coughed a lot of dough for this rights....

NTV, Dogan TV, Government run channel TRT and Turkey's leading fixed line phone operator Turk Telekom were the other names were bitting for this tender.

Digiturk made the highest bid with 321 million USD for the Package "A" which includes rights of live broadcasting at Super League matches.

The matches will broadcast on LIG TV channel on Digiturk network.....

I just hope, the Maraton Program produced by Sansal Buyukaga will change for good..

It should be shorter ,instead of a lot of talking they should show the actions rather doing the trash talk.

I now one thing, Digiturk Chief Executive Officer Ertan Ozerdem, and owner of the Digiturk Mehmet Karamehmet will take more secured steps to market this product in Turkey.

The things in LIg TV and Digiturk wont be same any more.....

So, we know the Turkcell Super League's four live matches will be on Digiturk's Lig TV channel for the next 4+1 year ...

Lastly, look for changes in the Maraton program....it is coming...

TRAPPATTONI CALLS IT "RUBBISH"!

If you read the Turkish media outlets and watch Turkish TV's they are all saying TFF( Turkish Football Federation) made a deal with the Italian, Trappattoni.

But,Giovanni Trapattoni has dismissed reports he will be appointed as Turkey’s new coach later this week. Reports have circulated in recent days suggesting the 70-year-old Italian will be unveiled on Friday.

“It’s rubbish, there is nothing in it. It is just agents talking,” said the Italian. “I am totally committed to Ireland.”

Trapattoni took over as Ireland boss in May 2008 and signed a new two-year contract in September last year after a hugely encouraging start to his reign.

I wonder what TFF will say now?.

Turkey Wants Trapattoni!

Turkish Football Federation(TFF) desperate to hire Italian stallion, who is still under contract with Republic Ireland National Team.

The Turkish National team has been without the head coach since Fatih Terim resigned, after not qualifying , for the World Cup 2010 games...

Ever since than, TFF, is looking and talking to coaches with big names...

They try to talk to Hiddink, Low and more names but, they were not successful....

And they don't want to give the head helm, to the Turkish head coaches....

That is why Trapattoni is their last choice as a foreigner coach....

They are going to hire a young Turkish assistant coach to work with Trapattoni too...

And the farm team and Academy National team squad will be headed by Ersun Yanal.

They don't trust Ersun Yanal as a head coach of the National Team, but, they are going to hire him as a farm Team coach.....

Plus, they don't even give chance for Turkish football coaches, to be interviewed for the head coaching job.....

How absurd , is that............

Coaches like, Giray Bulak,Samet Aybaba, Hikmet Karaman, Yilmaz Vural who are well mutured on the job, won't even be looked at for this job....

When Fatih Terim toook the helm, for the first time back in 1993...

He did not have the experience and knowledge, these guys have now...

Turkish Football Federation should do the same thing again....

Start fresh with Turkish head coach again....

I know, Giray Bulak, has been considered for this job before....

Before they hired Senol Gunes , they approched Giray Bulak.......

Why not hire him now.....

If you give him the chance that Fatih Terim got, He will direct this team to better positions....

Better than what Terim left the team in the 42nd place.....

Please give them a chance , they will get the job done in a long run...

Some Turkish news paper columnist think Abdullah Avci and Tolunay Kafkas and Ertigrul Saglam and Ridvan Dilmen, the man who has not coached in last ten years for the job....( He was famous player now TV commentator)

Give me a brake!

All theese guys have only 10 years or less head caching experience in the league..

Plus, Every ones budy in the Turkish media , Abdullah Avci who coaches the team who has no fan bas at all!

They want to bring him to the National team coaching job....

The man coached the U- 17 National team and His current team Istanbul Municipality Team (Istanbul B B).....

And he started coaching ten years a go.....

So, Turkish Football's number one agenda is National Team coaching job....

Who is going to be the next coach of Turkish National Team?

I don't know the answer yet....

Because, TFF is not talking strait, at this matter....

But, behind close doors they are talking to foreign coaches for the top job in Turkey!

Currently, they are talking to the 70 year old Giovanni Trapatton .....................

But, they have to talk to Irish Federation too , because they still hold his contract...

We shell see.......
