Turkey's(Turkiye's),Turkcell Super League matches will begin this Friday.
Eighteen clubs will compete in this year's Turkcell Super League. Three of them will contest in the league for the first time. These clubs are Kasimpasa Spor, Genclerbirligi Oftas Spor and Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediye Spor which qualified to the Turkcell Super League while Antalyaspor, Kayseri Erciyesspor and Sakaryaspor relegated from the Turkcell Super League to the Second League Category A.
First week of Turkcell Super League matches are as follows:
August 10th, Friday:
Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediye Spor v Fenerbahce
August 11th, Saturday:
Ankaraspor v Ankaragucu
Besiktas v Konyaspor
August 12th, Sunday:
Trabzonspor v Sivasspor

Former BESIKTAS Player Amokachi named coach of Nigerian champions
Former Besiktas and Everton striker Daniel Amokachi has been named the new coach of former African champions Enyimba, the club's Web site www.enyimbafc.net said on Monday.
However, the 34-year-old Amokachi will effectively be the club's number two to Belgian-born technical director Maurice Cooreman, who led Enyimba to the league title in May.
Amokachi was a teenage star in Belgium with FC Brugge before going on to play for Everton in England and Turkish side Besiktas. He also played for Nigeria at two World Cup finals in 1994 and 1998.

According to Anderlecht web site, Fenerbahce will be scout it by Anderlecht coaches on Sunday's Super Cup match in Germany.They will scout Fenerbhace next week in Istanbul too.

Fenerbahce will take on RSC Anderlecht of Belgium in the European Champions League third qualifying round.
Meanwhile, if Besiktas will manage to proceed to the third round facing Sheriff Tiraspol team of Moldova, it will take on FC Zurich of Switzerland in the third qualifying round.
The third qualifying round first leg matches will be played on August 14th and 15th and the return matches on August 28th and 29th.

Galatasaray drew with Slaven Koprivnica team of Croatia, and Kayseri Erciyesspor drew with Maccabi Tel Aviv team of Israel in UEFA Cup second qualifying round, it was reported on Friday.
The first matches will be played on August 16th and the return matches on August 30th

Where is the profesionalizm in Turkish soccer and Besiktas?..
this is Absurd!...Ali Gultiken , said"His job was taken from him and that was not fare".....Do you blame him for that!....He was robbed by mafia in my opinion...
I know one thing , there will be a lot of clash between Sinan Engin and the coach of the team Ertugrul Saglam....and this will hurt Besiktas in the long run!
