The Power Struggle cost Galatasaray another loss

Rookie Galatasaray coach Bulent Korkmaz did not play Lincoln again!

Just Think, you are gone in the UEFA Cup with coaches ego this past Thursday in your own "Hell Town"

You have to give, all what you got to the league action...

With all its major opponents losing points, Galatasaray was looking forward to getting a grip on the Turkish Turkcell Super league as it is now their only lane.

Fenerbahce had lost to Bursa on Friday, and on Saturday the two top teams Sivasspor and Besiktas- had played against each other. The game had ended with the most favourable score to Galatasaray; a draw.

With Trabzonspor, losing to Gaziantepspor 3-2, Galatasaray had the chance to make a total of 10 points advantage.

However, Galatasaray, mostly thanks to its newly appointed rookie coach Bülent Korkmaz, was not able to use the chance, and ended up falling behind Sivasspor and Besiktas, who each had gained one point.

Eskisehir side, which played with 10 players from 54th on, managed to take the lead at 69 when Youla made good use of Doğa's pass.

Korkmaz was booed when he replaced Harry Kewel, with Mehmet Güven at 76.

SIVASSPOR HOLDS ON

Sivasspor took the lead at the 50th minute of the game with Herve Tum’s header but Besiktas was not

late to respond when Tello leveled the game six minutes after, with Yusuf’s pass.

The top two teams in the Turkcell Super League kept their positions after this draw.

In another game of the day, Gaziantepspor defeated Trabzonspor 3-2 at home, causing its opponent to lose for the third time within the last four weeks. Trabzonspor remained at 46 points after this defeat.
