SIVASSPOR ON TOP ALL ALONG AFTER TRABZONSPOR STALL!....

Sivasspor the Cinderella team of Turkish Tukcell Super League are on top of the Turkish standings all along by them self's after Trabzonspor could not cash in three points against Fenerbahce in Istanbul.

On Saturday, Sivasspor beat Galatasaray at their own frozen turf and actually froze the fans of Galatasaray fans.

On Sunday, Trabzonspor had many changes against Fenerbahce in Istanbul but, their forwards Umut Bulut, Gokhan Unal and Isaac Promise could not cash in and waisted many opportunities.

On the other hand Fenerbahce had a chance to capture the second place with a win against Trabzonspor. They also missed a lot of chances in the second half of the match too...

Fenerbahce keeper Volkan Demirel and Trabzonspor keeper Tony Slyvia, mad some huge saves in this nil nil draw.

This was the 100 nth match for Volkan Demirel under Fenerbahce Uniform.

World known, Roberto Carlos after signed a new contract earlier in the week with Fenerbahce played one of his best match....

In one incident he saved Volkan Demirel's huge mistake .....it was a bad clear from Volkan to the Trabzonspor forward and Roberto Carlos came behind and capture the ball and send it to corner!......

Trabzonspor attackers, Umut Bulut and Isaac Promise were versatile two feet players they wouldn't have problem scoring the goals!....

In Umut Bulut's case when he received the ball he was all by him self and he did not use his both feet to to score the goal ....he kicked the ball with same feet when he received the ball and it was really bad kick and keeper Volkan Demirel saved the ball with his finger tips......

On the other hand Isaac Promise in the last minutes of the match , got a plentiful ball from midfield and all he had to do after receiving the ball with his left foot he had to trap the ball to with his right foot and fool the defender, instead he took a week shot with his left foot and the ball went to side of the net!.....

MY PLAYER OF THE WEEK!......

JAMES TROISE

The reason I am bringing this up is , there is a young twenty years old player James Troise, who plays for Genclerbirligi scored three goal on Saturday against tough Kayserispor!......

Until this match, Kayserispor allowed only seven goal in their goal.......

This, former former Newcastle United young player James Troise, score all three goals with using his both feet!.....

I think, he was the best scorer this weekend and best player of the week 17nth, in my opinion!,,,,

So, after winter brake, Turkish Tukcell Super League top team Sivasspor still on top and all by them self's now with 37 points.

But, they have a lot of chasers !............

Trabzonspor on second with 35 point. Galatasaray with 33 points on third, Ankaraspor on fourth with also 33 and Fenerbahce on fifth with 32 , lastly Besiktas with 31 point on sixth place...

Galatasaray and Fenerbahce loss big ground this weekend after stalling!....

If Sivasspor wins their other games against Istanbul big three clubs , they will be the champions of the Turkcell Super League.......

But, that will be really hard.........

A frozen stadium covered with ice , does not look good for the team want to be the champions of Turkish League,, in my opinion!...

They have to solve that problem........

Lastly, League's bottom already started to boil!.......

After, getting new transfers, the teams in the basement making progress!...

Genclerbirligi ,Kocaelispor and Antalyaspor won their match this weakened!...........

The teams like Ankaragucu, Denizlispor , Konyaspor and Istanbul BB, could well be in trouble ,if they don't start winning their matches!..........

Here are the score from week 17nth , in the Turkish Turkcell Super League.

Ankaraspor 3 - 0 Konyaspor
Eskisehirspor 1 - 1 Gaziantepspor
Kayserispor 1- 3 Genclerbirligi
MKE Ankaragucu 0 - 1 Antalyaspor
Sivasspor 2 - 0 Galatasaray
Besiktas 1- 0 Denizlispor
Bursaspor 2– 0 İstanbul BB
Kocaelispor 4- 0 Hacettepe
Fenerbahce 0- 0 Trabzonspor
