Galatasaray signed Misimovic and Insua

According to news that I been getting Istanbul Giants , Galatasaray, Besiktas and Fenerbahce is on the move in the last day of the transfer market!

Galatasaray seal Misimovic, Insua deals......

Bosnian attacking midfielder Zvjezdan Misimovic, Argentinean left back Emiliano Insua came to Istanbul on Monday night.

And signed with Galatasaray after medical check ups on Tuesday....

Munich-born Misimovic has spent his career in the Bundesliga and played for Bayern

Munich, Bochum and Nuremberg before rising to stardom at Wolfsburg and helping the

team win its first-ever league title in 2009.

Another deal that would see Liverpool left back Insua loaned to Galatasaray

Despite being a Liverpool player since 2007, Insua only started to take a regular

role at the Premier League club last year. However, coach Roy Hodgson apparently did

not consider him a part of the team, as evidenced by his interest in Fulham left back

Paul Konchesky.

Galatasaray signed a four year deal with Zvjezdan Misimovic and signed Emiliano Insua for one year on loan and option to buy .

Galatasaray also looking at goalkeeper from Esponyola team keeper Carlos Kameni from Cameroon.

Fenerbahce team is tring to sign Everton's Nijarian defender Joseph Yobo on a loan deal...

Besiktas is making a last minute move on Tottenham's Robbie Keane ....

WEEK 3, REVIEW

After disaster scores in the UEFA matches, it was a good Sunday for Galatasaray and Fenerbahce!

Galatasaray and Fenerbhace won their match along with Besiktas on Sunday...

Besiktas won in away watch against Karabukspor in Karabuk 1-4..

Ricardo Quaresma scored for the fourth time in his last six matches ....

Karabuk brand new team in the League but could hurt a lot of team in the later matches...

They have a player name Emmanuel Emenike, who is very fast, He could score a lot of goals in this league!
*******************

Fenerbahce beat Manisaspor 4-2 at home with no fans in the stand...

This was the second match that Fenerbahce played in front of no fans because of TFF's punishment to Fenerbahce!.

Again, This rule has to change it is stupid and it is absurd.....

After losing all of the hopes in the Europe, Fenerbahce's only goal now is the Turkish Super League...
*******************************

Galatasaray win!

Galatasaray the team who has lost their two matches in the league won today in Eskisehir, Turkey.

Galatasaray beat Eskisehirspor in Eskisehir 1-3 .

This was very important win for Galatasaray team and Frank Rijkaard!

They earned their first three points in the league in the third week...

But, problems still there for Rijkaard and Galatasaray team, just like Fenerbahce and Aykut Kocaman!

A win this weekend will not stop critics to stop talking about them!

Bursaspor keep perfect record ...

The only team who will represent Turkey in the Champions league, Bursaspor earned another three points, with a 0-2 win at Sivasspor.

Bursaspor will face Manchester United, Valencia and Rangers in the UEFA's Champions League...

Bursaspor, With nine points from their first three games, Bursaspor have yet to concede their first goal of the season.

They are the only team that has not allowed any goals.....

Another team in that is having great start in the Turkish Super League, Trabzonspor after saying goodbye to UEFA tournament after losing to Liverpool will play on Monday night in Antalya, against Antalyaspor.

Antalya does not have any points in the league , yet!

A win will keep them on top with Bursaspor in the Turkish Super League at the end of Third week...

GOOD ,,,,BAD ...AND UGLY.... IN THE TURKISH SUPER LEAGUE.....

GOOD...

Galatasaray winning their first match after three matches....

BAD.......

NOT HAVING FANS IN THE FENERBAHCE STADIUM STANDS, BECAUSE OF TFF'S STUPID RULE OF FINE!

UGLY...............

* IN THE BUYUKSEHIR V KASIMPASA MATCH THERE WAS ONLY 116 FANS IN THE STADIUM......

*ESKISEHIRSPOR FANS SWEARING TO THEIR COACH!

BURSASPOR IN GROUP C WITH MAN U

Turkey's only team Bursaspor will play in the Group C in the UEFA Champions League with big names ..

Bursaspor will face Manchester United, Valencia and Rangers...

It will be though task for Turkey's Champs...

Besiktas signs two-year deal with Aurelio

Besiktas has said it had signed a two-year contract with Real Betis player Mehmet Aurelio.

The club officials said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that it had agreed with the 33 year-old naturalized Turkish midfielder for 750 thousand euros for a year plus 25 thousand euros for every match he plays.

Besiktas said it would not pay any additional charges to Real Betis for the annulment of Aurelio's contract with the Spanish team.

Aurelio on Wednesday joined with the team in Finland, where Besiktas was set to play a return game against HJK Helsinki in the play-off round of the UEFA Europa League.

Aurelio played for Trabzonspor between 2001 and 2003 and for Fenerbahce between 2003 and 2008.

He made his debut for Turkish national squad in August 2006 against Luxembourg. He was a regular for Fatih Terim's side during their Euro 2008 qualification campaign, starting 11 of the 12 games.

"DO OR DIE" FOR TURKISH TEAMS IN THE UEFA

Trabzonspor, Galatasaray and Fenerbahce on the verge of saying goodbye to European competitions....

Besiktas is the only team who has one foot in the Euro League groups out of four...

Trabzonspor, Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor should have a perfect win if they want to move to group stages,,,,

The most important match in Turkey will take pace in Trabzon..

Trabzonspor will take on world famous Liverpool at Avni Aker Stadium...

Trabzonspor is of the best teams in Turkey and sits on top of the SPOR TOTO Super League!

Trabzonspor will have the 12th man in the stands...

That will be huge factor in this match....

Under- pressure Liverpool, is missing captain Steven Gerrard and striker Fernando Torres...

Trabzonspor defense and the young skipper Onur Kivrak, has to have a perfect match.

****************************

Fenerbahce will take on Greek team PAOK in Istanbul on Thursday in return match of the UEFA Europa League play-off.

PAOK defeated Fenerbahce 1-0 on August 19 in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League play-off in Thessaloniki.

Fnerbahce lost their league match to Trabzonspor in Trabzon on Monday...

And They are still having issues on defense and in the goal..

Against Trabzonspor, third string keeper Mert was in the goal for Fnerbahce...

Although he saved a penalty kick in Trabzon match he is inexperience young keeeper,,,

If Volkan does not play that could spell danger for Aykut Kocaman's Fenerbahce!

Like Trabzonspor, Fnerbace should beat PAOK with perfect score...

Semih Senturk is in juried, He will probably won t play in this match too...

************************************************

Galatasaray soccer will face on Thursday Ukraine's Karpaty Lviv in UEFA Europa League play-off round in Lviv.

Galatasaray drew 2-2 with Ukraine's Karpaty at its home in the first leg of the UEFA Europa League play-off round on August 19.

A loss , could spell resignation for under -pressure and under-fire dutch coach Frank Rijkaard...

Galatasaray started the worst season in the Turkish Super League.....

They have lost their two matches and they are in the rock bottom.

**********************************

Besiktas will take on Finland's HJK Helsinki in return match in the playy-off round of the UEFA Europa League in Finland.

Besiktas defeated Finland's HJK Helsinki 2-0 in the first leg of the playoff round of the UEFA Europa League in Istanbul on August 17.

Besiktas is the only team who has one foot in the group stages with this score...

WHY ROBINHO SNUB TURKISH TEAMS?

So,Robinho has rejected a move to Turkey!

First Besiktas than Fenerbahce offered him pretty good money...

26-year-old said Robinho said : 'With all due respect to Turkish football, I'm not going to play there right now.

I wonder , over the weekend, talking to his friend , had anything to do with his decision?

Lately, Brazilian players are under a lot of pressure playing in Turkey!

Another factor, Robinho still young and only 26 years old...

His friend Elano, probably gave him pretty good idea about Turkey and Turkish football that is why he said, 'With all due respect to Turkish football, I'm not going to play there right now. "

With this comment, he left a open door for him to play in Turkey, in the later years of his football career!

So, this was clear snubbing job by Robinho to Turkish Teams!

Frank Rijkaard with Ahmet B Turgut-2003

They are in the second from bottom of the Turkish Spor Toto Super League at the end of second week!

This is the worst start for Frank Rijkkard's Galatasaray.......

Galatasaray lost their second match in a row, suffering a 0-2 home defeat by Bursaspor.

The Turkish press after this disaster start wants Frank Rijkaard's head!

They want him to be sacked and Fatih Terim to come back to coach the team...

How absurd and stupid is that.....'

With this in the defending champs Bursaspor is back at on top of the Turkish Spor Toto Super League.

**********************************]

Besiktas crash at home................

Besiktas suffered their first defeat of the season on Saturday.

New German Besiktaş coach Bernd Schuster, not knowing the Turkish Super Leagu teams just yet mad a huge mistake and went all out with attacking minded team..

The defense an Besiktas's rookie keeper Cenk Gonen, cost the match for the Besiktas!

Istanbul BB, in the second half killed Besiktas with counter attack goals and Besiktas reject Ibrahim Akin....

This loss should be a wake up call for Schuster and Besiktas.....

In the other matches on Friday ,Saturday and Sunday .....

Konyaspor beat Eskisehirspor 2-1,Kayserispor won against Karabükspor at home 1-0//

Antalyaspor and Sivasspor played for 1-1 draw in Antalya...

COULD TRABZONSPOR DO IT AGAIN?

Three teams from Turkey, Galatasaray,Fenerbahce and Trabzonspor are going to play their first leg match in the UEFA Europa League play-off round , on Thursday.

Out of three Trabzonspor team will have the world's attention because they will face the world class team, Liverpool.

Liverpool, just like Fenerbahce , missed the chance to play in the Champions League..

The last time two team met it was 34 years ago...

In the first match, than, Trabzonspor the Cinderella team pulled the upset and beat Liverpool Anfield Road stadium!

In that match , now the coach of the Trabzonspor and Former Turkish National team coach Senol Gunes was in goal for Trabzonspor.

That time, coach of the Trabzonspor was Ahmet Suat Ozyazici now Senol Gunes's Technical Advisor....

(Trabzonspor Team Chairman Sadri Sener ,Technical Advisor Ahmet Suat Ozyazici(coach of 1976 Trabzonspor Team) and coach Senol Gunes in the Anfiled Road Stadium)

It is so coincidence that Senol Gunes's career turn around with Trabzonspor, again!

Actually forgotten Senol Gunes was remembered by Trabzonspor and pulled away from his coaching job in the South Korea to coach to Trabzonspor in the late part of the last season!

He finally got the attention from his home town team ..........

His coming back to Trabzon was little late but well deserved!

That Senol Gunes, after winning the Turkish Cup, earned to play in the UEFA Europa League play-off round.

Who would thought, Senol Gunes will be the coach of Trabzonspor and they will face World class Liverpool again, after 34 years?

That is why this is got to be so special for Senol Gunes...

This does not happened all the time!

But, Trabzonspor lost to second leg match to Liverpool at home with 0-3 score...

34 years ago Things were much different in Trabzon and Turkey!

Then, Trabzonspor played most of their matches on the dirt fields....

They did not have grass fields!

A lot of things has changed since than......

Trabzonspor knows that the task is a difficult this time,,,,

Liverpool may be arguably the most difficult opponent in the Europa League playoff but Trabzonspor has established a good team under Senol Gunes.

They have a lot of good talents on the team......

My only worry with Trabzonspor is their young keeper Onur Kivrak!

This is going to be his biggest match in his career ....

He is good keeper but, can he handle the pressure of Anfield Road stadium?

That is the biggest question mark.....

If Trabzonspor wants to win or draw this match Onur Kivrak should play flawlessly.

EUROPEAN CL DREAMS ARE OVER FOR FENERBAHCE!

This has to be the biggest flop in the Fenerbahce history!

Ever since Brazilain legend Zico took Fenerbahce to high places in the UEFA Champions League , Fenerbahce has been on down fall in the European Leagues, thanks to stupid mistakes by Fenerbahce Board of directors and the CEO of Fenerbahce.

The season ended for Fenerbahce before it started....

Fenerbahce was eliminated from the UEFA European Champions League after being beaten by Swiss team Young Boys 1-0.

The Turkish media's pretty boy, coach Aykut Kocaman, is a bust for Fenerbahce in my opinion...

Fenerbahce team was way way to late in getting new players to the team...

And the man who has not coached in two years and has not coached big clubs Aykut Kocaman was wrong choice for Fenerbahce as a coach...

But, Some people in the Turkish Media,( Radio, TV and Print ) gave a lot of support to Kocaman to be the next coach of Fenerbahce while Daum was coaching Fenerbahce.

Let me go on the record to say, they are the ones that forced Daum, out of his coaching job ...

So what happened now!.......

Turkish Media...you're the ones that supported him, on the radio, TV and the news papers!

Your man, Aykut Kocaman flunked ..........

This is a disaster for Fnerbahce Club ..........
